Navigating Social Situations with Mindful Eating E-Course

Social gatherings often revolve around food — team lunches, celebrations, family dinners, or catching up with friends. These moments are meant to bring people together, but they can also make it harder to stay aligned with your wellbeing goals.


The Navigating Social Connections with Mindful Eating e-learning course is here to help. This short, interactive course teaches practical strategies to:

  • Stay present and tune into hunger and fullness cues

  • Handle common triggers in social settings

  • Make balanced choices without feeling restricted

  • Enjoy food and meaningful connections with confidence


A few minutes in this course can help you turn everyday meals into mindful moments — and give you tools you can use immediately.

Gut Check Challenge: Healthier Gut, Healthier You

Your gut affects more than just digestion—it plays a key role in your energy, immunity, and long-term health. The good news? Supporting it can be simple. With the Healthy Gut Challenge, you can take small, practical daily actions that strengthen your gut and help lower your risk of colorectal cancer—all while building habits that stick.


How to Participate

  1. Choose any healthy gut action across nutrition, movement, lifestyle, or prevention. Stick to one habit, mix and match, or try something new.

  2. Use the Gut Check Challenge Tracker to record the action and the date to keep track of your daily efforts (optional).

  3. Complete the Submission Form to log your healthy gut actions and earn Wellbeing Tickets for your participation.

 

Earn Rewards

  • 1 Wellbeing Ticket for each day you complete a healthy gut action (up to 5)

  • Bonus: 5 tickets when you complete 5 days of healthy actions.

  • Extra Bonus: 5 tickets if you go beyond 5 days.

March Mindful Moments: Two Ways to Pause & Refresh

Make time for yourself with two Mindful Moments in March — perfect for relaxing, recharging, and reconnecting with your wellbeing.

  • Body Scan for Sleep (Audio Only): Release tension from head to toe and prepare for a restful night with this guided body scan. Let go of stress, ease your mind, and enjoy deeper, more restorative sleep.


How to Participate

  • Watch or listen to one or both Mindful Moments anytime during March.

  • Complete the March Mindful Moment Submission Form (one form covers both activities).

  • Earn 1 Wellbeing Ticket for each session you complete.


Spend a few minutes focusing on yourself this March and notice how a small pause can bring a big sense of refreshment and calm to your mind and body.

Wellbeing Academy: Final Month for Financial Focus

March is your last chance to dive into the financial wellbeing resources in the Wellbeing Academy! This month, focus on building your financial confidence with on-demand videos from Voya and Manulife — practical tips and strategies you can use to manage your finances, plan for the future, and feel more in control.


Complete the recommended financial courses before the month ends and earn 5 Wellbeing Tickets.

2026 Injury Reduction Campaign: Safety in Motion

What does safety look like in action? It looks like pausing before a task. Adjusting your posture. Wearing the right PPE. Speaking up when something doesn’t feel right.

The 2026 Injury Reduction Campaign — Safety in Motion: Across Every Surface – Safety Travels With You — is built on the idea that safety isn’t stationary. It moves with us. Across job sites, offices, vehicles, facilities, and every environment in between. It shows up in the decisions we make, the habits we build, and the way we look out for one another.


This year, we’re turning awareness into momentum. Injury reduction doesn’t happen by chance — it happens through consistent, everyday actions:

  • Make Safety Personal. Treat it as a commitment you carry into every task.

  • Stay Engaged. Monthly focus topics — from ergonomics and hazard awareness to driving safety, PPE, and seasonal risk prevention — will keep learning practical and relevant.

  • Look Out for Each Other. Strong safety cultures are built when we speak up early, share observations, and support safer choices as a team.


Throughout the year, you’ll see interactive challenges, quick refreshers, and recognition opportunities designed to keep safety front and center — including the Stretch & Strength Challenge, PPE Selfie Contest, and Safety Observation Leaderboard. Quarterly features will also spotlight health, safety, and psychological wellbeing, reinforcing that injury prevention goes beyond the physical.

Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month: Screening Saves Lives

If you’re age 45 or older, it’s time to talk with your healthcare provider about colorectal cancer screening. This type of cancer often develops without noticeable symptoms, which makes regular screening essential for catching it early.


Colorectal cancer is on the rise among younger adults — about 1 in 5 cases now occur in people under 55. When detected early, the 5-year survival rate is around 91%, highlighting just how critical early detection can be. Screening not only helps catch cancer in its earliest stages, when treatment is most effective, but it can also identify and remove precancerous polyps before they become cancer. There are several screening options available, from at-home stool tests to colonoscopies, so you can choose the approach that works best for you.


Reminder: If you’re enrolled in a Cigna medical plan, you can earn $100 in HRA or HSA funds by completing a recommended colon cancer screening. It’s a simple step that supports your health — and rewards you for taking action.


Screening guidelines:

  • Most adults at average risk should begin screening at age 45.

  • Those with a family history of colorectal polyps or cancer, or certain medical conditions, may need to start earlier.

  • Talk with your healthcare provider to determine which test is right for you and how often you should be screened.
