The Wellbeing Academy is your destination for flexible, on-demand learning that supports your overall wellbeing. Explore a wide range of courses, webinars, videos, and articles designed to help you build healthy habits, strengthen resilience, and grow both personally and professionally. Learn at your own pace, choose topics that matter most to you, and earn Wellbeing Tickets along the way.

QUARTERLY COURSES

​Explore a variety of Wellbeing Academy courses designed to support your overall wellbeing. You can complete up to four courses each quarter.

RECOMMENDED COURSES

Each quarter, we’ll highlight one recommended course to help guide your learning and focus on timely wellbeing topics.

ADDITIONAL LEARNING

Personalize your learning experience by completing up to three additional courses of your choice each quarter—including webinars, videos, or articles that support your wellbeing.

WELLBEING TICKETS

Earn 5 Wellbeing Tickets for completing the quarterly recommended course, plus 1 Wellbeing Ticket for each additional course completed (up to 3 per quarter).

Here’s how to participate:

  • Complete up to 5 videos from the recommended activity list.

  • Earn 1 Wellbeing Ticket for each course you complete – up to 5 Wellbeing Tickets total.

  • Earn 3 additional Wellbeing Tickets by completing any other learning activities of your choice.

  • Submit the Wellbeing Academy Submission Form to record your completion. You can submit the form each time you complete a course.

  • Available anytime now through June 30—learn at your own pace!
