Serco cares about your mental health. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health challenge, there are several resources available to find out more information or get connected with help. Check out some mental health resources below. 

AVAILABLE TO ALL EMPLOYEES

EAP: TELUS Health

If mental health issues are causing you distress and interfering with your daily life, don’t hesitate to seek help.  Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through TELUS Health provides you with immediate and confidential help for any work, health or life concern.  Any time, 24/7, 365 days a year.
 

How to Access TELUS Health online:

  • ​First-Time Users: Use the invitation code

  • ​Returning Users: Log in using your email address and password set up during the registration process.

  • Free Mobile App: download the free mobile app on Android or iOS – simply search for LifeWorks

988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

We can all help prevent suicide. The 988 Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones. 


The 988 Lifeline is available by phone, text, or chat. 

 

Crisis Text Line

Text HOME to 741741 from anywhere in the United States, anytime. Crisis Text Line is here for any crisis. A live, trained Crisis Counselor receives the text and responds, all from our secure online platform. The volunteer Crisis Counselor will help you move from a hot moment to a cool moment.

Warmlines

Sometimes you just need to talk to someone about your mental health.

A warmline is a phone number you call to have a conversation with someone who can provide support during hard times. Whether you’re in crisis or just need someone to talk to, a warmline can help. 

CANADA RESOURCES

988 Suicide Crisis Helpline

Community Resources

Wellness Together Canada

Wellness Together Canada provides free resources for mental health and substance use support. Tell them a little bit about yourself and they will find the ones best suited to you. Your answers will remain private and confidential.
