MINDFUL MOMENTS

Introducing Mindful Moments—a new monthly activity for Serco Wellbeing! Each session invites you to take a moment to pause, breathe, and reset with a guided mindfulness exercise designed to promote relaxation and focus. Whether you're at your desk, on a break, or between tasks, this quick and calming practice will help you stay grounded and centered.

 

Join us each month to experience the power of mindfulness in your day!

GUIDED ACTIVITIES

Reduce stress and reconnect with a sense of calm through monthly guided mindfulness activities. These simple yet impactful practices are designed to help you pause, reset, and bring balance to your day.
 

FLEXIBILITY

A new  activity will be available each month, giving you the flexibility to participate at your convenience. Each session is recorded, so you can watch and complete it whenever it fits into your schedule.

WELLBEING TICKETS

Earn one Wellbeing Ticket each month by participating in the Mindful Moment activity. It’s a simple way to boost your mindfulness and work toward exciting rewards!
 

LISTEN ANYWHERE

Download past and current Mindful Moment videos and audio sessions so you can take mindfulness with you wherever you go.

MOVE, SET, REFRESH

A few minutes of daily stretching can go a long way—helping to reduce stress, ease muscle tension, improve flexibility, and boost both energy and focus. This month’s Mindful Moment: Move, Stretch, Refresh activity, featuring Hinge Health, makes it easy to bring more movement into your routine.

How to Participate

  • Watch a Hinge Health stretching video or complete your own stretches at any time in June

  • Complete the Mindful Moment Submission Form

  • Earn 1 Wellbeing Ticket for taking part

Please note: Hinge Health stretching videos are available to all employees. The full Hinge Health benefit is available to U.S. employees enrolled in a Cigna medical plan.
