MINDFUL MOMENTS
Introducing Mindful Moments—a new monthly activity for Serco Wellbeing! Each session invites you to take a moment to pause, breathe, and reset with a guided mindfulness exercise designed to promote relaxation and focus. Whether you're at your desk, on a break, or between tasks, this quick and calming practice will help you stay grounded and centered.
Join us each month to experience the power of mindfulness in your day!
GUIDED ACTIVITIES
Reduce stress and reconnect with a sense of calm through monthly guided mindfulness activities. These simple yet impactful practices are designed to help you pause, reset, and bring balance to your day.
FLEXIBILITY
A new activity will be available each month, giving you the flexibility to participate at your convenience. Each session is recorded, so you can watch and complete it whenever it fits into your schedule.
WELLBEING TICKETS
Earn one Wellbeing Ticket each month by participating in the Mindful Moment activity. It’s a simple way to boost your mindfulness and work toward exciting rewards!

PROGRESSIVE MUSCLE RELAXATION
Pause and ground yourself in the present with the Five Senses Meditation, a simple practice that uses sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell to bring calm and clarity.
