Safety in Motion: Across Every Surface - Safety Travels with You
Safety isn’t just a rule—it’s a commitment we make to ourselves and each other. This year, our Safety in Motion campaign emphasizes how safety moves with us in every task, every environment, and every choice.
-
Commit to Safety Every Day – Make safety a personal promise that guides every decision and action—not just at the start of the year, but throughout every moment.
-
Stay Engaged – Monthly themes include ergonomics, hazard awareness, driving safety, PPE, and seasonal risk prevention.
-
Look Out for Each Other – A strong safety culture is built together through shared responsibility and proactive actions.
Each month will feature interactive challenges, training, and recognition activities—like the Stretch & Strength Challenge, PPE Selfie Contest, and Safety Observation Leaderboard—to keep safety front and center. Quarterly engagement will spotlight health, safety, and psychological well-being.

PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY CORNER
ABOUT PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY
Psychological Safety is the belief, in a group, that we are safe to take interpersonal risks. It’s the belief that we are able to speak up with ideas, questions, concerns and mistakes, and that we won’t suffer negative social or professional consequences as a result.
