Total Wellbeing On-Demand offers a flexible and engaging way to enhance your physical, mental, and emotional health.
Participate in monthly activities, such as guided meditations, fitness sessions, and wellness workshops, designed to suit your schedule and needs. Empower yourself to achieve balance and vitality anytime, anywhere.

From articles to recorded webinars and podcasts, you'll be able to participate in a variety of activities to support your total wellbeing.
FLEXIBILITY
Life can be busy. Total Wellbeing On-Demand gives you the flexibility to participate in activities on your time. Activities will be available all month for you to complete.

New activities will be available every month. Each activity will focus on a new wellbeing topic and one of the Serco Wellbeing Pillars each month.

This short, practical session is designed to help you step back from daily demands, restore your energy, and refocus on what matters most. You’ll explore simple strategies to manage stress, improve concentration, and create space for clearer thinking in your day-to-day routine.

SUMMER RECHARGE CHALLENGE
Summer doesn’t have to be packed with travel or big plans to feel restorative. In fact, some of the most meaningful moments come from everyday choices—stepping outside for sunlight, taking a short walk, checking in with a colleague, or giving yourself permission to pause. The Summer Recharge Challenge is about making space for those moments so you can feel more energized, balanced, and resilient throughout the season.

How to Participate & Earn Rewards
Complete at least 5 minutes of any recharge activity and/or complete activities from the Summer Recharge checklist. Activities are designed to be flexible and easy to fit into your routine, helping you build healthy habits across the summer.
Earning Wellbeing Tickets

Earn 1 Wellbeing Ticket for each day you complete at least 5 minutes of a recharge activity

Earn an additional 5 Wellbeing Tickets when you complete at least 5 activities from the checklist

COOL TREATS & SWEET MOMENTS
Take a break and celebrate the lighter side of summer with our Cool Treats & Sweet Moments activity in honor of National Ice Cream Month. It’s your chance to pause, step away from your routine, and enjoy a small moment of joy—whether that’s an ice cream, frozen yoghurt, a fruity sorbet, or your favorite chilled summer snack.
