Total Wellbeing On-Demand offers a flexible and engaging way to enhance your physical, mental, and emotional health.
 
Participate in monthly activities, such as guided meditations, fitness sessions, and wellness workshops, designed to suit your schedule and needs. Empower yourself to achieve balance and vitality anytime, anywhere.

From articles to recorded webinars and podcasts, you'll be able to participate in a variety of activities to support your total wellbeing. 
 

FLEXIBILITY

Life can be busy. Total Wellbeing On-Demand gives you the flexibility to participate in activities on your time. Activities will be available all month for you to complete.

AVAILABLE MONTHLY

New activities will be available every month. Each activity will focus on a new wellbeing topic and one of the Serco Wellbeing Pillars each month.

Earn one Wellbeing Tickets for completing each Total Wellbeing OnDemand activity.

Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month by participating in mood-boosting activities with the Mental Health Menu!  The Mental Health Menu is all about taking small steps to improve your wellbeing — one mood-boosting activity at a time. Whether it’s taking a walk in nature, calling a friend, journaling, or simply pausing to breathe — these tiny actions can make a big difference.

MENU HEALTH MENU

​The Mental Health Menu features a range of activities designed to elevate your mood, energize your day, and support your overall mental wellbeing.  Think of it like a restaurant menu — with a variety of options to suit your needs. Whether you're craving something light, comforting, or energizing, choose an activity that supports how you’re feeling today to help you restore balance, uplift your mood, and support your mental health.

​From invigorating Appetizers and fulfilling Main Dishes to refreshing Sides and rewarding Desserts, the menu offers a variety of feel-good options to help you unwind, recharge, and reconnect. 

​

  1. Choose Your Mental Health Menu Item
    Check out the Serco Wellbeing Mental Health Menu and choose one or more feel-good “dishes” from the Mental Health Menu to lift your mood — or get creative and add your own favorites to the mix!
     

  2. Track Your Progress with the Mental Health Menu Worksheet 
    Keep a lighthearted log of what you’ve tried — challenge yourself to try something new every day!
     

  3. Earn Wellbeing Tickets 
    For every activity you complete, earn Wellbeing Tickets. The more activities you complete, the more rewards you can earn! Complete the Mental Health Menu Submission Form to share your progress and earn tickets.

    • Complete at least one menu item: 1 Wellbeing Ticket

    • Add and complete your own activities for a personalized menu: 5 Wellbeing Tickets

    • Complete multiple activities throughout the month: 
      10 Wellbeing Tickets

APPETIZERS
Quick mental health boost

Quick things that don’t take that long that you can utilize at the start of your day, or during a break, to help focus and center yourself.

​

Examples include:  short walk, journaling, or  meditation

MAIN DISH
Longer and engaging activities

Longer activities that you enjoy, look forward to or help you wind down. These typically take longer that appetizers, and can be helpful to schedule into your day beforehand.

​

Examples include:  visiting a friend, cooking a meal, or reading

SIDE DISH
Activities to complement mundance tasks

Sides are great additions that can accompany other tasks to make them more enjoyable.

​

Examples include:  listening to a podcast while cleaning or using a standing desk during a meeting.

DESSERT
Enjoyable in moderation

Desserts are those activities that are great in moderation, but they can quickly take over if you’re not careful.

​

Examples include:  scrolling social media or watching favorite TV show

SPECIALS
Rare, time-consuming ventures

These are items and activities that are typically more expensive or time consuming. You might not be able to do them everyday, but planning for them gives you something to look forward to.

Examples include:  planning a vacation or going to a concert
