Stress is an inevitable part of life, but unmanaged and frequent exposure to stress can have negative effects on our health. This month’s Total Wellbeing On-Demand activities will not only help you asses your stress level but also explore a variety of techniques to manage stress in healthy ways.

HOW STRESSED ARE YOU?
Stress is a natural part of life. But too much stress can negatively affect your health, especially if it goes unmanaged for an extended time.
Understanding your current level of stress is the first step in taking control. Complete this simple stress test to measure the stress in your life – and earn one Wellbeing Ticket.
Please note: you will be directed to log into TELUS Health to complete the Mental Health Assessment. This assessment is confidential and only you will see your results.
FIND YOUR CENTER
Stress can take a toll on your physical and mental wellbeing. It’s important to use stress management techniques like mindfulness, meditation, and exercise to reduce the effects of stress on your body.
Complete at least five techniques throughout the month and earn up to five Wellbeing Tickets (earn one ticket for each activity completed).
