Total Wellbeing On-Demand offers a flexible and engaging way to enhance your physical, mental, and emotional health.
 
Participate in monthly activities, such as guided meditations, fitness sessions, and wellness workshops, designed to suit your schedule and needs. Empower yourself to achieve balance and vitality anytime, anywhere.

From articles to recorded webinars and podcasts, you'll be able to participate in a variety of activities to support your total wellbeing. 
 

FLEXIBILITY

Life can be busy. Total Wellbeing On-Demand gives you the flexibility to participate in activities on your time. Activities will be available all month for you to complete.

AVAILABLE MONTHLY

New activities will be available every month. Each activity will focus on a new wellbeing topic and one of the Serco Wellbeing Pillars each month.

HEALTHY HABIT CHALLENGE

Kick off the new year with energy and focus by taking part in the Healthy Habits Challenge! This challenge is all about building simple, meaningful habits that support your wellbeing every day. By making small, intentional changes—whether it’s moving more, staying hydrated, practicing mindfulness, or improving your sleep—you can create lasting improvements over time. The Healthy Habits Challenge is your opportunity to grow stronger, feel more balanced, and start 2026 energized and ready for anything.

How It Works:

  1. Pick a healthy habit: Choose one—or several—to focus on this month. Check out the Healthy Habit Ideas to inspire your choices.

  2. Track your progress: Use the Healthy Habit Challenge Tracker (optional) to log your daily habits and celebrate your wins.

  3. Complete at least 7 days: Commit to your chosen habits throughout the month.

  4. Claim Your Rewards: After completing your habits, fill out the January Total Wellbeing On-Demand Submission Form to receive wellbeing tickets toward prizes.

    • Complete 7 Days: Earn 5 Wellbeing Tickets

    • Go Above & Beyond: Complete more than 7 days to earn an additional 5 Wellbeing Tickets
