NEW FOR 2025

CAUGHT IN ACTION:
MAKING A WELLBEING IMPACT

Get noticed for your healthy habits and you could win a wellbeing reward!

Each month, Serco Wellbeing is recognizing employees who make a positive impact on their health.

CAUGHT BEING HEALTHY

At Serco, we're always on the lookout for those who go above and beyond to prioritize their health and wellness. It’s not just about hitting the gym or following a strict routine—it's about making thoughtful choices every day that contribute to a balanced, healthy lifestyle.  We’ve seen countless examples of employees embracing these small but meaningful changes, whether through our wellness programs or individual actions. That’s why we’re highlighting and celebrating those who have been “caught in action” making a positive impact on their wellbeing.

Caught in Action: Making a Wellbeing Impact

Introducing our newest campaign for 2025 – Caught in Action: Making a Wellbeing Impact. Serco Wellbeing is excited to recognize employees who have been “caught in action” making a positive impact on their wellbeing.

Earning a Wellbeing Reward

Each month, those who have been “caught in action” will be rewarded with a special wellbeing prize.  Participating in wellness activities, consistently showing up for your health, and encouraging others to do the same are just a few ways to qualify for this exciting reward.

Every month offers a new opportunity to be recognized for your commitment to wellness. So, keep engaging with the initiatives, continue prioritizing your health, and you might just be the next to receive a rewarding gift for your efforts.

Make an Impact Today

We invite you to get involved in the wellbeing initiatives happening around Serco. Whether you’re starting small with personal goals or leading a wellness initiative in your team, every action contributes to the larger movement of fostering a culture of care and support. So, keep making the little choices that matter, and who knows? You might just be “caught in action” making a difference in someone else’s wellbeing journey, too.
