The torch is lit, the stage is set, and the competition begins February 9! The Go for Gold Winter Wellness Games bring the excitement of the Winter Olympics to your wellbeing—four weeks of challenges designed to help you stay active, focused, and energized through the winter months. Each week features a fresh lineup of Winter Wellness activities designed to support your total wellbeing. Compete in the events that work best for you, earn points along the way, and build momentum as you work toward a medal.

  1. Register for the Challenge Sign up for the Go for Gold Winter Wellness Games to officially enter the competition.

  2. Use the Weekly Winter Games Activity Guide

    Follow the weekly guide for event ideas, tips, and inspiration to keep you motivated throughout the Games.

  1. Complete Weekly Events Take part in wellness activities each week to earn points toward your medal. Complete as many events as you’d like—every activity counts.

  2. Score Points, Earn Tickets, Win Rewards

    As your points add up, you’ll earn Wellbeing Tickets that give you chances to win exciting rewards, including prizes valued at up to $500.

  • Describe the wellbeing action(s) being recognized:I set a personal goal to prioritize daily movement and mental resets. I started scheduling short walks between meetings, practicing quick breathing exercises, and taking mindful pauses to check in with myself throughout the day.

  • How has this action positively impacted the nominee, their colleagues, or the workplace?These habits have helped me feel more energized, focused, and resilient. I’ve learned that even small, intentional steps can make a meaningful difference in my wellbeing—and hopefully inspire others to consider their own healthy routines.

  • Share any stories, details, or experiences about this action that inspire or highlight its impact:One morning, I swapped a coffee break for a brisk walk around the office neighborhood. By the time I returned, I felt refreshed and more alert—proving that even a few minutes of intentional movement can have a big impact on energy, focus, and overall wellbeing.
