Looking back at 2025: It was an incredible year for Serco Wellbeing! Over 10,000 wellbeing tickets were awarded to 675 employees, 200 wellbeing rewards were given out, and 50 employees were featured in spotlights for their dedication to health, resilience, and personal growth.

Building on these achievements, 2026 brings fresh opportunities, exciting activities, and even more ways to prioritize your wellbeing throughout the year.

What’s new for 2026?

  • Engaging wellbeing activities: Participate in monthly activities and quarterly

challenges, plus the new Wellbeing Academy, designed to support your physical, emotional, social, and financial wellbeing.

  • More rewards: Serco Wellbeing is stepping up the incentives for 2026! By participating in monthly activities and quarterly Rise to the Challenge activities, you could win up to $600 in wellbeing prizes through Snappy. It’s our way of celebrating your commitment to your wellbeing all year long.

  • New Wellbeing Recognition Campaign – Wellbeing in Action: We’re celebrating the small choices that make a big impact! Each quarter, employees who demonstrate positive wellbeing habits can win a $200 Snappy Reward, and anyone who nominates a colleague has a chance to win a $25 Snappy Reward.

Caught in Action Winners

Our Caught in Action winners were recognized for going above and beyond to support wellbeing—whether through leading by example, supporting teammates, or creating positive change in their communities. Their actions remind us that wellbeing isn’t just a program; it’s something we live every day.

  • Michael Moore took part in his first Mindful Moment and offered helpful feedback, showing his commitment to personal wellbeing and supporting others in the process.

  • Evbett Dewitt and Beth McNeal took part in the Kickstart Kindness Challenge and went above and beyond by completing bonus activities, including inspiring others through posts on Viva Engage and the Serco Wellbeing website. Their enthusiasm helped spread positivity and encouraged others to take part in acts of kindness.

  • Jessica Trotter contributed to both the Serco community and workplace by helping organize a Toys for Tots donation drive, tying her efforts into the Kickstart Kindness Challenge. By sharing ways colleagues could get involved—both onsite and virtually—Jessica showed how acts of kindness can make a meaningful impact and encouraged participation and generosity across our community.

  • Zoe Tran, nominated by Alyse Johnson, turned kindness into action this holiday season. Through her leadership with the SercoRising ERG, she organized a toy drive at the Herndon HQ that made She Believes in Me’s annual Santa Visit the most impactful in five years. Thanks to her dedication, nearly 150 children experienced the joy of the season with gifts, smiles, and special holiday memories. Zoe’s efforts are a powerful example of how one person’s initiative can create meaningful community impact.

Thank you to everyone who participated, nominated colleagues, shared their stories, and made wellbeing a priority in 2025. Your efforts—big and small—continue to shape a culture where people feel supported, valued, and empowered. Here’s to carrying this momentum into the year ahead and continuing to put wellbeing in action across Serco.

Introducing New Wellbeing in Action Recognition Campaign

We’re excited to launch Wellbeing in Action, Serco’s new recognition campaign celebrating the small, meaningful steps employees take to support their health and wellbeing. This campaign combines our previous Wellbeing Warriors and Caught in Action initiatives into one program, making it easier than ever to be recognized for the positive choices that inspire others.

Whether it’s practicing mindfulness, making healthier choices, encouraging a teammate, or finding a moment of balance in a busy day, these actions add up, build momentum, and create a culture of wellbeing across Serco.

How It Works:

Employees who demonstrate positive wellbeing actions will be selected and highlighted. Quarterly winners will receive a wellbeing prize valued at up to $200.

Here are three ways you can be recognized for your healthy actions and positive impact:

  1. Highlighted by the Benefits & Wellbeing Team: The team may recognize employees for their efforts and healthy choices.

  2. Submit a Healthy Action: Share a healthy action you’ve taken to be recognized for your commitment to wellbeing.

  3. Celebrate a Colleague: Nominate someone who inspires you. Nominators also have a chance to win a $25 prize.

Together, we’re building momentum, lifting each other up, and creating a culture where wellbeing thrives—one action at a time. Every action matters. Every person inspires. Together, we create Wellbeing in Action.

Preventive Health: Cervical Cancer Awareness Month

January is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness about this preventable disease and encourage proactive health choices. Cervical cancer is one of the most preventable cancers thanks to early detection through Pap tests and HPV screenings, yet many people delay or skip these important check-ups. Detecting cervical changes early can save lives, making regular screenings essential for everyone who is eligible.

What You Can Do This Month

  • Schedule your screening: If you’re due for a Pap test or HPV screening, now is the perfect time to contact your healthcare provider.

  • Know the signs and symptoms: While early cervical changes often have no symptoms, persistent unusual bleeding, pain, or discomfort should always be evaluated.

  • Stay informed: Learn about cervical cancer risk factors, prevention strategies, and the importance of routine exams.

  • Encourage others: Share information with family, friends, and colleagues to help raise awareness and inspire preventive care.

This January, make a commitment to your health and encourage those around you to do the same—schedule your cervical cancer screening and take control of your wellbeing today. Early detection is the key to prevention, and your actions now can have a lasting impact for you and your family.
