Stack Your Cash Challenge: Your Savings Journey Continues

We’re officially at the halfway point of the Stack Your Cash challenge, and there’s still plenty of time to get involved, build momentum, and make meaningful savings. Whether you’ve already started or are just joining now, every step forward counts toward stronger financial wellbeing and rewarding outcomes. From mindful spending to intentional saving habits, you can still make an impact and see your efforts add up.


How to participate

Getting started is simple—and flexible to fit your goals:

  • Register for the challenge

  • Choose your savings goal that fits your personal journey:

  • Start saving and track your progress in the Stack Your Cash Tracker

  • Complete optional bonus activities to stay engaged and boost your savings journey

  • Submit your weekly updates to log progress and earn Wellbeing Tickets, giving you chances to win a Wellbeing Reward valued at up to $500

Total Wellbeing On-Demand: The Power of Nature

Fresh air, sunshine, and a little time outdoors can do more for your wellbeing than you might think.  This month’s Total Wellbeing On-Demand microlearning e-course, The Power of Nature: Why It Matters Inside & Out, explores how connecting with the outdoors can help reduce stress, improve focus, lift your mood, and increase energy.


Then, take your learning one step further—get outside and experience it for yourself with the Soak Up the Sunshine Bonus Activity! Whether it’s a walk, a workout, or a few quiet moments in the sun, make time to reconnect with the outdoors. 


Earn Rewards

Earn up to 45 Wellbeing Tickets for completing activities throughout the month and making the most of time spent outdoors. 

  • Complete the E-Learning Course to earn 5 Wellbeing Tickets

  • Earn 1 Wellbeing Ticket each day you spend at least 10 minutes outdoors (up to 30 Wellbeing Tickets). Check out the Soak Up the Sunshine Outdoor Tracker to help you keep track of your outdoor moments throughout the month.

  • Share at least one outdoor moment you enjoyed this month—whether that’s sitting outside, going for a walk, gardening, or simply taking a few quiet minutes to relax in the fresh air—to earn an additional 5 Wellbeing Tickets.

  • Share a photo of your time outside and receive an additional 5 Wellbeing Tickets as a bonus


Complete any of the activities, then submit the Total Wellbeing On-Demand Form to earn Wellbeing Tickets!


Mindful Moment: Move, Stretch, Refresh

Did you know that just a few minutes of stretching each day can help reduce stress, ease muscle tension, improve flexibility, and boost your energy and focus? Make movement part of your routine with this month’s Mindful Moment activity: Move, Stretch, Refresh featuring Hinge Health.


How to Participate

Throughout June, watch one of the available Hinge Health stretching videos or complete any stretches at your convenience to earn 1 Wellbeing Ticket


Whether you’re easing tension after a long day, taking a quick break between meetings, or simply looking to add more movement into your routine, this month’s Move, Stretch, Refresh Mindful Moment activity is your chance to pause, reset, and bring a little more movement into your day.


Please note: Hinge Health stretching videos are available to all employees, making it easy for everyone to take part. Please note that the full Hinge Health benefit is available only to U.S. employees enrolled in a Cigna medical plan.
