November introduces two new Total Wellbeing On-demand activities, specifically designed to raise awareness and support for diabetes management.

DIABETES RISK ASSESSMENT

Millions of adults have prediabetes, but many don’t even know it. Take a Diabetes Risk Test to see if you are at risk for Type 2 Diabetes.  By answering a few simple questions about lifestyle, family history, and health, you can gain valuable insights into your risk level and receive personalized recommendations to support a healthier lifestyle. Taking proactive steps today can help prevent diabetes tomorrow.

Last, she presents her framework for change, in a four-step model for managing your personal cash flow.
