It can be difficult to attend live webinars, so we are excited to announce: Total Wellbeing On-Demand. 
 
Total Wellbeing On-Demand gives you the flexibility to participate in these wellbeing activities, videos, or podcasts on your own time. Find activities and more information below. 

MOVEMBER CHALLENGE:
MOVING FOR MEN'S HEALTH

This November, take action for a cause that truly matters by joining our Movember: Moving for Men’s Health challenge. Stay active while raising awareness for men’s physical and mental wellbeing, and aim for 60 minutes of physical activity each week—a meaningful number that honors the 60 men lost to suicide every hour worldwide. Every step, stretch, or movement contributes to awareness and shows support for men’s health.

How to Participate:

  1. Pick Your Move: Walk, run, stretch, yoga, chair exercises, dance, or even gentle movement breaks at your desk. Any activity counts!

  2. Track Your Movement: Use the Movember Tracker to log your minutes and watch your weekly totals grow.

  3. Complete the Moving for Men's Health Submission Form to Earn Wellbeing Tickets: Every minute counts—earn Wellbeing Tickets for the time you spend moving.

    • Earn 1 Wellbeing Ticket for each week you complete at least 60 minutes of activity.

    • Complete all four weeks of November at 60 minutes per week and earn an additional 10 Wellbeing Tickets as a bonus!
       

Every minute you move matters. Stay active this November and make a real difference for your wellbeing and for men’s health.

SEASON OF SAVINGS CHALLENGE

Take a little stress off your wallet this holiday season! Join the Seasons of Saving Challenge this November and start building funds to make your holidays a little brighter. By the end of the month, you could have up to $300 set aside—giving you extra funds for gifts, treats, or a little holiday cheer.

HOW IT WORKS: 

  1. Follow the Seasons of Saving tracker and set aside the daily amount listed (2 options are available to choose from - choose the one that works best for you).

  2. Save it in a bank account, a holiday savings jar, an envelope system, a mobile app, or any way you prefer. 

  3. Track your progress, adjust as needed, and watch your savings grow. 

  4. By the end of the month, you’ll reach your $300 goal without feeling the pinch all at once! 

  5. Earn Wellbeing Tickets for participating. Complete the Submission Form to earn up to 10 Wellbeing Tickets!

  • Save any number of days: earn 5 Wellbeing Tickets

  • Save all 30 days: earn 10 Wellbeing Tickets

Our Mindful Moment: Year-End Reflection activity offers a few quiet minutes to acknowledge the past year, celebrate achievements, and recognize the challenges you’ve navigated. This simple practice provides space to reconnect with yourself, gain perspective, and step into the new year feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready for what’s ahead.

How to Participate & Earn Rewards:
