One Ticket for Higher Education Cafes: Earn one Wellbeing Ticket for attending any Higher Education Cafes.

One Ticket per Course: For every course completed, employees will receive one wellbeing ticket.

Ten Tickets for Graduation: Upon graduating, employees are awarded ten wellbeing tickets, celebrating their significant achievement and the culmination of their hard work and dedication.

Serco Wellbeing continues to celebrate your wellbeing success and accomplishments with the Wellbeing Warriors program. From small goals to proud moments, we want to recognize your wellbeing wins!
One winner will be highlighted each month and awarded an exciting prize valued at up to $500!

SERCO INCENTIVE DOLLARS
Employees can earn wellbeing incentive dollars by participating in the wellbeing activities. Earn rewards for completing health assessments, screenings, webinars, and quarterly challenges.

Enrolled in one of the Cigna medical plans: incentive dollars are contributed to your HSA or HRA.

Not enrolled for Serco medical coverage: you are eligible to earn up to $100 in gift cards.
