February Flash Challenge
The first Flash Challenge of 2024 starts February 7! Participate in this one-week only challenge to stay heart health and earn rewards!
Bringing you more opportunities to participate in wellbeing activities throughout the year. Challenges will focus on new health and wellbeing topics from our Wellbeing Pillars, observances, and more!
These shorter challenges will help you stay motivated throughout the year. Flash challenges will last 1-2 weeks and include activities to complete.
Earn Wellbeing Tickets
You can earn Wellbeing Tickets for participating in Flash Challenge activities. Ticket amounts will vary depending on the activities and duration of the challenges.
In addition to Wellbeing Tickets, participants have the chance to win $25 gift card to the Wellbeing Marketplace. Five winners will be selected each challenge!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To celebrate Heart Health Month and increase awareness, complete the Love Your Heart Flash Challenge by participating in daily activities from February 7 - 14.
Use the Love Your Heart Flash Challenge Guide to track learn about the daily activities and track your daily action items. Then, complete the Love Your Heart Submission Form by February 16 for your chance to earn rewards!
