Throughout May, Serco encourages you to explore mental health topics, focus on your mental health, raise awareness, support others, and combat the stigma surrounding mental illness.
Take action to support your mental health with benefits and resources available below.
EMOTIONAL WELLBEING
Emotional Wellness is the ability to understand our emotions and to be able to cope with the challenges that life may bring at any time. It’s important to accept one’s own feelings, consider the feelings of others, take an optimistic approach to life, and have the ability to cope with stress in healthy ways.

Here are some ways to stay emotionally healthy:
-
Establish boundaries throughout all aspects of your life
-
Take some time just for yourself
-
Acknowledge and share your feelings
-
Ask for help, and if you need help, reach out to someone and talk.
Find resources and information to support your emotional wellbeing.
